Sunday Practice
A class designed to help you refresh and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul on a beautiful Sunday morning. It's like wringing out a wet cloth but for your entire body. Think flow, twists, inversions + deep breathing.
OUR Strength
This class involves movement control, muscle building and strength. With the use of exercise bands, we will build strength and move slowly and strongly through a set sequence. We run set sequences for 2 months at a time. Please bring a water bottle and towel as well as your yoga mat. We will provide all other required equipment.

A CommunityLOVE Class: It Starts with You and Goes Full Circle
Experience affordable yoga through donation-based classes, and support new teachers as they gain valuable experience. All donations go towards our new Community Love Program.
Our Community LOVE Program enables us to directly support yogis in our community. The funds raised through our CommunityLOVE classes allow us to offer sliding scale memberships to those in need, helping remove financial barriers for those who cannot afford yoga. Imagine the joy of knowing that the person practicing next to you could be there because of your donations!

Vibey Vinyasa
Like a massage for your body and mind. This strong vinyasa class is set to non-traditional music ranging from 90s hip-hop to new electronic music that could stir nostalgia and tickle your brain.
The VIBEY playlist is intended to create a bhavana (feeling tone) and facilitate conscious disassociation. Just as a teacher might share a story, to distract you during toe stretch, the music serves as a tool for a present-moment escape. This class is designed to bookend your week, allowing you to flow through practice without the pressure of deep introspection.
Acoustic Yin + Nidra
A beautiful, deep, restful practice of Yin yoga + Nidra accompanied with a live deep sound experience.
Oming, Mantra + Sound Bath
Om is know as the sound of creation. It can provide a place within yourself to connect to your body, to your voice and can be used as a powerful meditation tool. Om has a harmonizing effect on the body, mind, and spiritWe will explore the full spectrum of how sound and vibration can help you heal. We’ll then relax into a gentle sound journey with sound bowls, bells, and gongs to sink deeper into a meditative state. This class will give you a deeper understand of how to Om, and you’ll leave feeling relaxed and grounded.
Move & Meditate
Move + Meditate is a balanced practice designed with a little power and a lot of presence. Expect a vinyasa inspired flow and some stretchy yin poses for the first half of practice, and we’ll end in a guided breathwork and meditation practice to help you be more present through your day.
